1. E9 비자

   가. 태국, 필리핀, 스리랑카, 베트남, 인도네시아, 몽골, 파키스탄, 우즈베키스탄, 캄보디아, 중국, 방글라데시, 네팔, 미얀마, 키르기즈스탄, 동티모르, 라오스의 16개국의 외국인근로자가 고용허가제협약에 따라 한국 제조업, 건설업, 농축산업, 어업 등 사업주에게 고용되는 조건으로 4년 10개월 취업으로 체류를 허가한다. 성실하게 근무한다면 성실외국인근로자로 신청하여 다시 한국에 들어와 4년 10개월 더 일할 수도 있다.

    나. E9 비자는 단순 노무를 하는 비전문취업비자라서 비자 연장 및 체류기간, 가족 초청 등에 제약이 있다

    다. 외국인 또한 4년 이상 한국에 머물며 지속적으로 같은 분야의 업무를 해왔다면 숙련공이 된다. 이러한 E9 외국인 숙련공에 E74 비자 변경이 가능하다

E-7-4 (숙련기능인력비자)

1. 요건

    가. E-9, E-10, H2 자격으로 최근 10년 동안 4년 이상 국내 체류하고 있는 외국인(외국인등록)으로, 현재 업체에서 1년 이상 정상근무

   나. 최근 2년 평균 2500만원 이상 소득(다만 작년에 출국 후 재입국하느라 소득기준을 채우지 못한 경우에는 최근 5년중 가장 소득이 높은 2개 연도의 평균으로 대체 가능)

   다. E74 비자 신청일로부터 현재 근무처에서 2년간 연 통상임금 2600만원 이상으로 근로계약을 체결해야 한다.

    라. 현재 1년 이상 근무 중인 기업의 추천을 받은자여야 한다. 만약 4년 이 상 체류 중인데 종전 회사의 부도, 폐업 등으로 외국인이 근무처를 변경 한 경우 1년 미만이라면 불가능하다.

    마. TOPIK 2급 또는 사회통합프로그램 2단계 이수(점수제 총점이 최소 200점 이상자여야 한다)

     바. E9 근로자의 E74 비자 변경을 원하는 회사는 먼저 허용인원부터 파악해 야 합니다. 예를 들어 E9 근로자가 1명밖에 없는 회사는 1명×0.2=0.2명만 변경 가능(소숫점 아래는 '올림' 하기 때문에 1명 가능)

    사. 업체당 E74 비자 허용인원(고용보험 3개월 이상 가입한 한국인 직원의30% 이내, 한국인과 외국인 직원을 합한 수의 20% 이내로만 신청 가능

  아. 정해진 E74 비자 선발인원(전체 쿼터는 3만5천명 정도지만, 중앙부처 광역지자체 추천을 뺀 기업추천 인원은 1만2천명 정도)

   자. E9비자는 4년 10개월 지나면 출국해야한다. 성실근로자가 되어도 9년8 개월 일하면 본국으로 돌아가야 한다/E74 비자는 특별한 경우가 아니라면 연장 허가를 통해 국내 거주가 지속적으로 가능하다. 또한 고급비자인 F-2(거주) 또는 영주권도 도전해 볼 수 있다.그리고 가족초청도 가능

   차. 일주일에 한번 신청 가능(출생년도 끝자리가 1,6 월요일, 2,7 화요일, 3,8수요일, 4,9 목요일, 5,0 금요일

   카. 점수 200점이 되는지 확인

      1). 소득

 - 그동안 우수인재라 하더라도 배우자인 경우 취업 비자가 아닌 동반비자(F3)를 부여하여 취업활동에 제한이 있었다

   이에 법무부는 한국의 연구개발 인력 확보를 위해 우수 유학생을 포함한 첨단분야 우수 인재의 동반 가족에게도 취업할

   수 있는 비자를 부여하고 비자 신속발급 등 첨단분야 유학생에 대한 정주 여건을 개선하여 안정적인 정착을 지원하겠다고 발표
